¼ cup whole wheat flour
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. margarine
3 – 4 tbsp. skim milk
1 small egg
This is Sunday Morning Supreme!
Yield: 2 - 4" pancakes
Serves: 1 - 2
Serve With: Sliced fruit, chopped nuts, syrup and applesauce.
Blend flour, baking powder; beat in margarine, milk and egg until flour is completely moistened. Bake on nonstick griddle until brown.
