There are not a lot of recipes in this section because this is still a relatively new adventure for me. I have found that the
benefits to not eating meat are many and I continue to experiment with all these new flavours.
A lot of my vegetarian recipes are in the "side dishes" section since they fit both profiles. Take a few minutes to browse through
and you will discover that most of the side dishes can also be served on their own.
Also See the "salads" section. Most salads can be served with fresh baguettes and cheeses to become a fabulous vegetarian
meal. This can also be said for soups.
