2 cans spaghetti sauce

1 red pepper - chopped

1 green pepper - chopped

10 button mushrooms - sliced

1 onion - chopped

1 pack spinach

1 bunch broccoli

1 tsp. garlic salt

2 cups grated marble cheese

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

9 - 12 oven ready lasagna noodles

parmesan cheese

 

This recipe came from my friend Georgina.  She brought it to the cottage one weekend and let us all make little piggies of ourselves.  It's fabulous!

Preheat Oven To: 375

Serves:  6

Serve With:  Dry red wine and a fresh baguette

 

Cook broccoli and spinach in a little water.  Drain and add to mixture of spaghetti sauce, peppers, mushrooms and onions.  Season with garlic salt.

Put a little of the sauce on the bottom of a lasagna (9" x 13") pan.  Lay down layers of noodles, then sauce, then cheese into 3 layers.  Sprinkle top with parmesan and bake at 375 for approx. 45 minutes
