1 Package fresh spinach. – washed, deveined and torn into bit size pieces.
1 quart strawberries – washed and sliced thin
1/3 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted (I do them in the toaster oven, but watch them, they will go golden in just a few minutes).
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
