Seafood is my favorite food.  I could eat crab, shrimp or scallops for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  I have spent many years creating these recipes and have enjoyed every minute.  (And every meal). 

The wonderful thing about these recipes is that you can serve them no matter who is coming for dinner.  Most vegetarians will eat fish.  Smart people.  Fish is the perfect food.  Other than skim milk, it is the best low-fat protein supply available.  It's not really expensive since a little seafood goes a long way.  If you compare it to a roast of beef, there is little difference in the money you will have to part with by the end of the meal.

Seafood demands only three things:  It must be prepared with respect and enthusiasm, never overcook seafood and never serve it to someone you don't like
