Pork Chops in Tomato Sauce

1 can tomato soup

1 can water

1 green pepper, sliced

1 onion chopped

½ cup celery – chopped fine

½ tsp. paprika

6 – 8 Pork chops

Brown chops and arrange in baking pan.  Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the chops.  Bake at 350 for 1 ¼ hours.

I was invited to a friend's house in Toronto many years ago.  He made up this dinner for his other guests and myself and I enjoyed it so much, I had to get the recipe.  I was astonished to discover how easy these are.  Don't you just love when that happens!

Preheat Oven To: 350

Serves:  4

Serve With:  Dry red wine and a nice salad.
