2 cups flour

2/3 cup shortening

tsp. salt

4 – 6 tbsp. cold water

Cut shortening and flour and salt together until it resembles course oatmeal.  Add water – press into ball and roll out.

I've never had any luck with pastry.  They say it's a matter of feel.  I guess I just don't have it.  I only keep this recipe around in case I decide that I should try for the 1,001st time to get the darn stuff right

Preheat Oven To: 325
