1 large flank steak
¼ cup soya sauce
¼ cup dry red wine
1 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ to 1 tsp. garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together and marinade flank steak for at least 6 hours. Broil steak 8 min on each side. Slice very thin and serve on platter with rest of marinade warmed and poured over it.
