Rinse escargots well in cold water. Be careful...sometimes they hold sand and you want to get it washed out.
Place the escargots in an escargot dish. (One escargot in each divot).
Mix melted butter with garlic and pour over top until it just spills over the divots. Squeeze lemon over top. Sprinkle generously
with parmesan.
Bake at 450 for 5 – 7 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Be careful... if you overcook them, the escargots will get
tough. You just want to heat them through.
