cup chicken stock

1 tsp. salt

1 medium onion

2 tbsp. water

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp. curry powder

1/8 tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. cumin

Variations: Add any hot pepper, chopped very fine.  Substitute 1/2 the sour cream with 1/2 cup coconut cream and 2 tbsp peanut butter. 

I like to garnish any meat dishes made with this sauce with crushed mixed nuts....Yum!

This sauce is great for simmering any meat or seafood in.  It's exotic enough to please even the wildest animals at the dinner table.

Serve With:  Any meat, seafood, vegetable or grains

Simmer chicken stock, salt, onion water and spices until onions are soft.  Add sour cream and heat through.
