1 onion,
3 large
shiitake mushrooms (or dried mushrooms soaked for 30 minutes) - sliced
5 sun dried tomatoes - soaked for 30 minutes in warm water and sliced
1 jalapeno pepper (or maybe not if you're a chicken)
5 large prunes - sliced
1 - 2 tbsp. Curry Paste
Orange or apple juice
This is also great with dried apricots and maybe an apple, celery, peppers (red, yellow, or green – especially if they've been
bar-b-que'd), broccoli stems or whatever. It's a great base for whatever you want to use up.
