Sift baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, cocoa and flour together. Cream margarine, sugar and oil. Mix in dry ingredients. Beat in eggs, sour cream (or yogurt), vanilla and chocolate
chips. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9" x 13" cake pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Ice with chocolate icing if desired.
