6 tbsp. cream

2 cups chocolate chips

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. brandy

Melt all above over low heat and serve in a small ceramic fondue pot over a low flame with apple, pineapple, pear, orange banana, strawberries etc. in bite size pieces for dipping.

Be careful not to let the fondue flame get too hot.  This one will burn very quickly.

There's nothing like lingering at the table after a nice dinner. There's nothing nicer than chocolate or fresh fruit.  What more can be said of the Chocolate fondue, but ... Perfect.

Serves: 4

Optional: Finely chopped mixed nuts in small individual dipping bowls to dip the chocolate covered fruit into.
