1 carrot

1 stick celery

6 button mushrooms

2 spring onions

4 leafs lettuce

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp. Soya sauce

tsp. minced garlic

tsp. salt

tsp. MSG

2 tsp. sugar

Noodle paste circles

 

Grate all vegetables very fine.  Press into a sieve to drain out juice.  Mix with spices and drop into middle of noodle paste circles (These are available at your grocery store...usually somewhere near the tofu). Pull up all edges of the circle to form a sac and twist the top to seal.  Steam 20 minutes.
