1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 14 oz can red kidney beans
1 24 oz can tomatoes
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
½ tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chili powder – more or less to taste
½ cup macaroni
Brown onion and beef – drain off fat. Add all other ingredients but macaroni. Simmer approx. 2 hours. Add macaroni ½ hour before serving and continue to simmer.
