1 can crab meat
1 lb. shrimp
2 tbsp. chopped spring onion
2 tbsp. butter
10 – 15 button mushrooms
2/3 cup cream - fresh
½ tsp. salt
dash cayenne
¼ tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup white wine
½ cup grated Swiss cheese
Sauté onions, butter, mushrooms and shrimp. Add all other ingredients saving ¼ cup cheese. Simmer approx. 10 minutes.
Pour into individual sized ovenproof bowls (onion soup bowls work well) and top with rest of cheese. Bake at
400 degrees 10 – 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
