1 large Spanish onion, thinly sliced and blanched in boiling water for a few seconds - cooled
½ cup sultan raisins – blanched in boiling onion water for approx. 1 minute - cooled
½ cup roasted walnuts
Dressing
1 cup Yogurt
¼ cucumber, diced fine
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. dill
Lots of fresh ground pepper
