These potatoes are a special treat. They are equally at home on a party table or quick "Tuesday night grab a meal"
run through.
They can be frozen and reheated (400-degree oven for 30-35 minutes) so make lots.
Preheat Oven To: 350

Cut baked potatoes in half and scoop out insides leaving shells
intact. In a small bowl, mash potatoes. Blend in cheese, butter, onion and milk.
Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and add to potato mixture.
Season with salt and pepper. Stuff potato mixture back into skin shells and sprinkle with chives and/or paprika.
