Brussels Sprouts in Orange Butter
¼ cup butter
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 ½ tsp. grated orange rind
Salt and pepper
Definitely the only way to eat
Serves: 4 - 6
Trim sprouts and cut
an x in the stem. Steam or lightly boil in salted water until almost tender. Drain
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add orange juice and rind.
Toss sprouts in orange sauce and season with salt and pepper.
