In a blender jar combine

1 very ripe banana

Approx. 4 oz apple juice (may substitute orange juice or pineapple juice)

1 tsp. sugar substitute (or sugar)

A few drops lemon juice

Blend until thick and smooth.  Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours.

 

These little treats are wonderful for late night snacking.  They're safe to suck while you're watching the tube and vegetating and will eliminate any craving for rich or crunchy foods.  They may save your diet, or just remind you of what it was like to be a kid.  Oh ya...kids like them too.
