Salt, pepper and lightly flour fish. Fry in butter and olive oil until golden brown but not cooked through. Remove Fish and add
mushrooms and lemon, sauté 3 minutes. Remove mushrooms and spread on bottom of baking dish. Cook scallions 1 minute in butter. Take out and brown breadcrumbs. Arrange fish on top of mushrooms
in baking dish and sprinkle with scallions and breadcrumbs. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
